American Wrestling Stars in Japan

At some point in their career, almost every major wrestler has had a match in Japan. Wrestlers ranging from Ric Flair to Sting to Super Dragon have all traveled to Japan to match strengths against the best that Japan has to offer. While some only wrestled one match, others stayed for many years or even had the bulk of their careers in Japan. To highlight them, I have written a profile for any American wrestling star that made a splash in Japan and have said a word or two about their experience there. Links for American wrestler stars that are currently wrestling in Japan will direct you to their profile under the current promotion that they are wrestling for. Note that when an entire company travels to Japan and puts on their own show, that doesn't count (such as WWE), but rather only American wrestling stars that took part in a puroresu show and wrestled against puroresu wrestlers. The list is far from complete, but for those of you that don't know a lot about puroresu wrestlers it might be a good start to learn about wrestlers you are already familar with.
