Career Highlights:

The Road Warriors first appeared in Japan for All Japan Pro Wrestling in 1985. Instantly successful due to their massive size and general aura, on March 12th, 1987 they won the NWA International Tag Team Championship after multiple attempts to win the title. They would hold the titles for over a year before losing them to Jumbo Tsuruta and Yoshiaki Yatsu. After that, they returned to America and mostly wrestled in the NWA. In 1991, as part of the WWF, the Road Warriors wrestled for SWS, including a match against Genichiro Tenryu and Ashura Hara.

The Road Warriors also were one of the opening attractions for Riki Choshu's World Japan, and defeated The Shane Twins on the opening show. They also defeated Kenzo Suzuki and Yoshiaki Yatsu, but would fall to Kensuke Sasaki and Kenzo Suzuki during the first tour. When the money dried up, The Road Warriors no longer were used by World Japan.
