Officially part of the NOAH roster, Ishimori went all out in 2007 as he challenged for both Jr. Heavyweight titles in NOAH. On March 8th, he challenged Tatsuhito Takaiwa for the GHC Jr. Heavyweight Championship but he fell to the Death Valley Driver. He tried for the GHC Jr. Heavyweight Tag Team Championship twice, once with Rocky Romero in February and again with KENTA on August 31st, but both times he would come up short. In the Mauritius Cup, Ishimori would defeat Hirayanagi, Ota, and Ito, but a loss to Taniguchi would cost him the tournament.
