Kintaro Oki

Cause of Death: Heart Failure
Famous Matches and Storylines:  Oki debuted for the Japanese Wrestling Alliance in November of 1959. He wrestled in the JWA until it folded, which is when he began wrestling primarily in All Japan. Many of his matches took place in Korea, as he was a big star there as well as in Japan. Oki also wrestled in the short-lived promotion IWE, but once it folded he returned to All Japan. He retired on April 2nd, 1996 during a ceremony at the Tokyo Dome in New Japan Pro Wrestling.
Major Titles Held:  All Asia Tag Team Championship, WWA World Heavyweight Championship, and the NWA International Tag Team Championship
Other Notes:  A well-respected wrestler in the JWA, Oki has the distinction of being the first wrestler that Antonio Inoki ever faced.
